POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS
We all do at some point, so we understand it. But please kindly let us know 24 hours in advance
to avoid a cancellation fee. You should cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, otherwise, you will be charged half of amount of your service.
NO SHOW
You will be charged 100% of the service cost if you do not show up to your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are late for your appointment, we will still be finishing at the scheduled time and you will be responsible for paying for the service that was originally booked.
REFUND
We do not offer refund on any services. we do however, if you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it for you without extra charge.
KEEP IN MIND
Come to your appointment eye makeup free, this means no mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow.
Avoid water, steam or heavy humidity for 24 hrs after application.
Eyelash extensions can not be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesives. Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance.
REFILL
All refill appointment must be scheduled within the proper number of days. Any appointments made after the number of days indicated will be considered the following week’s refill.
1 Week - within 7 days of appointment
2 Week - within 14 days
3 Week - within 21 days
New Set - after 21 days
ALLERGY
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance. if you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past, please let us know prior to your appointment.
Refund is not given for allergic reactions.
CHILDREN
We cannot accommodate small children in the lash room as our team will not be able to provide supervision.
RESULTS
Individual results may vary and are depending on the length/volume of your natural lashes and on the type of extension you choose to have applied.
